OUR METHOD
Organising catering for a private event shouldn't be stressful. Here's how we work, step by step.
It all starts with a conversation. We ask the right questions to understand who you are, how many guests you'll have, which flavours belong to you and what you want people to remember.
We build a menu and a project designed just for you: no standard packages, no copy-and-paste. We also invite you to a tasting, because every dish has to be approved before it reaches the table.
On the day of the event we think of everything: setup, service, timing, quality. You enjoy the moment, we'll orchestrate it.
When guests say "that dish was so good" on their way out, we know we've done our job, because the right details are remembered for years.
